Lifetime Warranty  |  Ten year Warranty Lifetime Warranty Against Rust for all Prime Painted Products Daybar Industries Limited (the "Company") warrants all factory Prime Painted Galvanneal steel doors and steel frames, manufactured after July 1, 1999 against rust perforation for the Life of the building in which it is installed. This warranty is subject to the following provisions: 1. Proper installation of the door and frame (Reference Document SDI 122-90) 2. A zinc rich primer is applied by the final machinist to refinish areas on the product where welding or modification was performed. 3. Appropriate job site storage (Reference Document ANSI A250.8-1998) 4. All prime painted material receives a coating of finish paint This guarantee covers doors and frames for use in normal conditions. This guarantee does not apply if product is subject to prolonged exposure with highly corrosive conditions caused by chemicals, cleaning solvents or atmospheric conditions. This warranty shall not apply to products which, in the opinion of Daybar Industries have been modified, repaired, altered in any way without the express written consent of the Company. This warranty covers repair or replacement of prime painted doors and frames only. Daybar Industries Limited shall not be liable for breach of warranty for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the sale of prime painted doors and frames. 10 Year Service Life Warranty Daybar Industries Limited (the "Company") warrants the quality of all Delta Series Doors, manufactured after July 15, 1999 for a period of TEN (10) years from the original date of purchase from the Company. This warranty is limited to the lamination of the door core to face sheets and the weld joints of all hardware reinforcements and is subject to the following provisions: 1. Proper installation and maintenance of door, frame and hardware. (Reference Documents SDI 122-90, SDI 124-98) 2. Appropriate product application and hardware selection. (Reference Document SDI 108-90) 3. Steel or Plastic top caps used for all exterior openings. 4. The absence of intentional or unintentional abuse or misuse. 5. Appropriate Job Site storage.
